Why Our Rates Are Members-Only
The lowest hotel rates come from something the industry calls a Closed User Group (CUG). Hotels and wholesale suppliers release discounted rates on one condition: they can only be shown to a logged-in, closed group of members, never on the open web.
That condition protects the hotel's public, advertised price while still quietly filling rooms. It is also why you sign in to see the real number, and why member rates cannot appear in public search results. The licence that releases the rate requires it. No closed group, no discount.
The saving comes from two places: cutting the 15 to 18 percent commission the big booking platforms add, and the closed-group rate being set lower to begin with. The hotel still receives what it agreed to. The difference is simply who was taking the margin, and whether you were inside the group the rate was released to.

Do I need to be a paid member to book travel?
No! All members (including free Tourist tier) can access discounted travel booking. Paid memberships unlock bigger discounts on the same stays, plus monthly prize draw entries.
How are draw winners selected?
Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator, so every entry has an equal chance. Each draw is recorded with a verifiable SHA-256 snapshot and conducted in line with Australian trade promotion rules.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime (takes effect immediately) or downgrade at the end of your billing period. Manage everything from your dashboard.
What if I don't win a prize?
You still save money on every trip through your tier's member travel rates. Plus your entries accumulate over time, giving you a bigger share of future draw pools.
