# BookingClub > BookingClub is an Australian travel club run by Booking Club Pty Ltd. Members search and book hotels worldwide at member prices on bookingclub.com.au, and Club Pass and Club Pass+ members also get entries in monthly travel prize draws. Membership is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, and the Tourist plan is free. Tagline: "Mates Rates on Hotels + Win Travel Prizes". Membership prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Hotel prices are in Australian dollars and include taxes and fees, except any fee shown as payable at the property. ## Plans - **Tourist**: free. Browse and book hotels at Tourist member prices, plus the travel newsletter. Supported by travel partner ads. - **Club Pass**: $9.90 a month or $99 a year. Member prices below Tourist prices for the same room, a one-off $10 hotel credit when you join (one per person, use it within 60 days), one prize draw entry per month of continuous membership (building to 12), bonus entries for referring friends, curated travel deals and hotel search in plain English. Supported by travel partner ads. - **Club Pass+**: $29 a month or $260 a year. Everything in Club Pass, member prices below Club Pass prices for the same room, a $15 hotel credit every month, five prize draw entries per month of continuous membership (building to 60) and no ads. - Billing is monthly or yearly and renews automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect straight away, with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Cancellations also take effect at the end of the billing period, and the account then returns to Tourist. ## Hotel bookings - Signed-in members search hotels, resorts and stays worldwide. Each rate is priced at the member's own price for their plan, in AUD, for the whole stay. - Public pages do not list a hotel's rate. Sign in and search a stay to see the price for your plan. Club Pass is more favourable than the free Tourist preview, and Club Pass+ goes further again. - Each rate shows its board (for example room only or breakfast included), whether it is refundable, the free cancellation deadline and the charge after it, and any fees payable at the property. - Payment is by card when you book. The card is authorised first and charged only once the hotel confirms the booking; if it cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is released. Hotel credit can be used towards a booking. - BookingClub arranges each booking as the member's agent. The accommodation contract is between the member and the hotel. - Refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge until the deadline stated on the rate; after that, the stated cancellation charge applies and the rest is refunded. Members cancel from Your Bookings while the booking's online cancellation window is open. Non-refundable rates are not refunded. Each draw's page sets out its prize, entry close, draw time and its own terms. - Entries in the monthly prize draws come with Club Pass and Club Pass+ automatically. Club Pass holds one entry per month of continuous membership, up to 12. Club Pass+ holds five per month, up to 60. Referral bonus entries are added on top, to a maximum of 100 entries per member in any one draw. - Founding membership closed on 3 October 2026. Founding Members keep double loyalty entries in every prize draw while their membership is continuous. - A member is in a monthly prize draw when their Club Pass or Club Pass+ membership is active at that draw's entry deadline. Draw entries come with the membership. - Occasional member giveaways have their own published terms, which set out who is in them and each plan's entries. - The draws are open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia and, for prize draws whose entries open after 5 October 2026, residents of South Australia. Each draw's own terms list the states it excludes. Members in every state get every travel benefit. - In prize draws whose entries open after 5 October 2026, a member's entries count once a state of residence is saved on their account. - When entries close, every eligible entry is recorded and hashed. The member signs in with their BookingClub account and allows the connection. - Connector address: https://www.bookingclub.com.au/api/mcp - The assistant can search hotels and rooms at the member's prices, with the free cancellation deadline and whether breakfast is included, show the member's plan, hotel credit and bookings (in Claude, also the upcoming prize draws), and prepare a booking link. - The assistant cannot book, pay, cancel or change anything. The member opens the booking link, signs in if asked, checks the room and price, and confirms and pays on bookingclub.com.au. A prepared link is for that member only, expires after two hours, and does not hold or reserve the room. - Members can disconnect an assistant at any time in Account Settings, under AI assistants.
